Travelled twice with them, anytime there is a problem with the booked seats and I had to jump from a seat to the other! Also it's needed to ask permission to use the toilet.
The bus driver (30 min late) pass in front of the bus stop at 80km/h and doesn’t even stop. There’s no respect for their costumers.
Federico Is the best service in Italian
Bus that leaves Soverato around 6.40pm on Tuesday why not stop in front of the post office and stop at the station even in front of the post office there is a bus stop, some drivers are truly scandalous. Message to the driver: if you're in a hurry and want to make just one stop to get home first, change jobs or don't work at all, it's not for you.
Serious flaw is the lack of a bus to Lamezia airport early in the morning for early morning flights to Milan etc. We are talking about January 3rd and therefore a large number of passengers affected. I hope that Federico will take this into account and improve the planning of future connections to Lamezia Airport. Otherwise the service works quite well.
Following booking a ticket where due to site problems I was unable to book the most convenient stop for me, I find myself forced to book from Catanzaro Lido, I ask if I could kindly change the stop from which I get on and they tell me that I have to pay a surcharge of €12 because it is as if you were making an actual exchange. Truly terrible never with them again!

I loved it, it felt like being in a camper and then every 200 km you stop for every type of need so it's not a heavy journey
One because zero cannot be put! Terrible service, I was headed to Rome, my suitcase I don't know how it got to Naples. And they demanded that I had to go and get it in Rome at the time indicated by them or that they would send it to me when I had returned to the office. Take Troiolo for long-distance trips, they will be delayed but at least your luggage is safe
